Dihexa

Dihexa is an orally active, blood-brain barrier-permeable oligopeptide developed to treat cognitive impairment by promoting synaptogenesis (synapse formation). As an angiotensin IV analog, it boosts brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and strengthens neural connections. 

Research indicates enhanced memory, improved cognitive function, and enhanced neural connectivity. It is primarily studied for its potential to reverse cognitive decline in dementia and Alzheimer's models.
